Refund policy

We do a offer 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be refunded, we cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

To start a return, please email us at nauticalpaschens@gmail.com with your request. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
If your refund is rejected, you have the option to have the item returned to you at your expense for the cost of return shipping.

Late or missing refunds
  1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 
  4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at nauticalpaschens@gmail.com.
    Please remember to check your spam/junk mail folders when waiting for a response from us. Sometimes our emails get delivered there instead of your inbox.
Exchanges

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged for the same product. To begin your exchange, please email us at nauticalpaschens@gmail.com and send your item to shipping address listed below.

Shipping on refunded items are at the customers expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


Time Frame

Please allow 2-3 weeks for exchanges. This allows time for the item to ship to us, process in our system, get the item corrected, and shipped back out to you.

If shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
